Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor did not observe a working flashlight and batteries, and Shukri Jama was unable to provided when requested. (2)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor heard the dead bolt unlocked from the inside of the front door emergency exit door, and Licensor unlocked the sliding glass emergency exit door from the inside to get to the outdoor area.
